The Spanish authorities turn a blind eye to all of this because tourism is a major industry in Spain. As long as there is no trouble. Mind you, these so talked tough guys would wet themselves if faced with the Guardia Civil.

Your protests are futile, Queen Isabella I of Castile and King Ferdinand II of Aragon's legacy has ensured Spain is a Catholic Country. Also if you were that loyal, you would be in NI, not living it up in sunny Spain, I wouldn't be surprised if you all have Irish passports too as you can't stay there long term on British ones, so much for loyalty.
