Thank you Lucy for keeping us updated on Rosamar. Just recently booked this like VERY recently and immediately felt like. Oh shit. What have I done lol I only looked into the facilities and location. Didn’t have any idea it suffered structural issues. Thank you so much for the update! Could you keep us informed on along further developments. I have commented on a previous video ref the Rosamar about more info, unaware you had already uploaded this a few weeks ago, so I do apologise. Informative as usual Lucy. A new Lidl will be most welcome at thst end of the resort. On a different note regarding Hospital Imed. They treated us atrociously last summer when my brother in law was ill. My advice to anyone falling ill is to attend the public hospital first for a correct diagnosis then get transferred to anywhere other than Imed hospital.

I was whatching them building a lot of things last year as i was staying at the flaming oasis i hardly heard the noice well they have got on with it they seem to building a lot of things well hopefully get to benidorm sometime next year to see all the new builds keep safe keep smiling

Thanks for the info honey, we were at Melia last year hardly heard any noise, stopping at the Riudor this time so hopefully we still won’t hear much building noise 😂

Hello Lucy, all of those projects are really huge and they will take some time to be built, however they will exponentially raise the standard of living in Benidorm.

We had no issues with Lidl build when we stayed at Melia, it will be a good asset to the area. Great update, prob not back until next year now so sure will have more changes

Me encantan tus vídeos. Gracias. Por cierto tengo apartamento muy bien situado que alquilo a matrimonios Británicos o familias con máximo un hijo, está en una de las mejores urbanizaciones en la zona de los British por si alguien quiere referencias. You get used to it. In over 20 years of going to Benidorm there has always been building noise and occasionally as a special treat pile driving!

Excellent video Lucy Camping Raco NEW ALDI being built along the camp site SO I'VE BEEN TOLD. Still think there maybe a possibility of Mercadona to get in early before Ensanche 😂 But who knows ?

In my experience I doubt the client or the project managers will have a clue when these jobs will finish, they’ll get there, but construction is not known for been on time, budget or even to plan, great to see then investment but patience is the word here! 😊

Hi Lucy Truly amazing the amount of money being pumped into Benidorm I've noticed it for years the powers that be are obviously thinking ahead for both Tourists and Residents many other places will be envious .Thanks for telling us the Hotels that may be effected by Building noise during the improvements hope to bump into you shortly Lucy. I don’t know if you’re asking because you need to know but the Villajoysa hospital for sure. The 2 hospitals in Benidorm are private hospitals but Villajoysa is a public hospital so your EHIC/GHIC card will work. I dislocated my knee and went to Villyajoysa. In and out in 45 minutes, X-ray and full leg cast and cost me nothing (apart from having to buy injections and crutches at the pharmacy).

Lived in benidorm for years. It's constantly noisy. Always summat or someone renovating or building. You get used to it. Sleep when the Spanish sleep and you'll be ok. X

Hi Lucy, Great informative video, we stayed in an apartment in torre lugano last winter, there was lots of pile driving from that building work, but as you said, it was quieter later on, but any idea what thet are doing to the right of that building work, as there were lorry load after lorry load of stuff to level the hill off going up all day every day,, do you think they are building there as well? We are due back there in December. 😊❤

Hi, we were trying to figure that out the other day when we were round there. I thought it was part of the same project at first but watching the lorries they were coming from somewhere completely different. I will be doing some digging to try and find out (parden the pun) haha

Yes, we were there for 5 weeks until the end of march, and those lorries were coming round by unide, and up calle londres one after the other, all day every day,levelling the ground up there, so we wonder if they are going to start there also. Great if you can find out 😊❤

We stayed in one of the hotels across the road ... Levante Club n Spa in December. The noise from the site was bloody horrendous ... half7 in the morning right ghrough ti 6pm. Never ever agsin. Our hotel nor travel company did not advise. Utterly horrendous!

I would love to know the back story of the abandoned Villas in that area where the Market it …from the Vista Mar we can see them all. i Visited Beni twice now but would love to know why they are were left or not maintaned especially for tourism/Holiday rentals ?? Does anyone know please

Hi just to say I really enjoy your videos. 👍 Me and my family stayed at the flamingo oasis🦩 in may and we didn't have any problem with noise from the new lidl's or from the new hospital build. I think the new lidl's will be great for holiday makers and locals because in my experience the shops and the small supermarkets in that area are very expensive for everyday things unless you go to the well-known supermarkets. Also I don't like the pricing in those small shops as I got scammed a couple of times when I added up the price of things 🤔 afterwards. They are too quick adding up on a till for my liking and I should have checked the price before I paid and left the shop lol. Still love benidorm. 😎
