2024 April still listening! Weeping with a Friend who lost her family member and her six year old son to callous murder by her partner. Pray that justice is administered to comfort the family. Another Friend's Sister lost the battle against cancer. It is times like these that you sing along with lumps in the throat because you know nothing, even any form of death, will separate you from your God! 😢❤❤❤❤

23000 hopefuls will be lining up at Comrades 2024 start line after months of training, racing and sacrificing everything to come this far @Bishop Benjamin Dube, I prayed with this song of praise on the route test on top of those Kzn hills two weeks ago. On June 9, I will be soaking in every km of 85.9km, from Durban to Pietermaritzburg in the message of this song! Even now as I write, only my body is still here. My heart and soul are cruising with the angels to the finish line! Praise be to God for your talent and favor to be the one to minister to many of us! ❤❤❤

I am originally from Malawi and I must say that i am really touched with your words because I am also going through exactly the same situation. On 28th February 2024 I tragically and untimely lost my dear loving son who was just 18 years old studying bachelor of science in medicine and surgery (MBBS) at the university of Lusaka in Zambia. Wanting to become a medical doctor one day in future. He really had a very bright future because he was very intelligent but he just died in his sleep without any prior illness. And on that night of his death I personally chatted with him on WAP till 10:00 pm in the night and only to be called the next morning that my son was dead just like that. And. If that was not enough on 30th March 2024 exactly four weeks after the sudden death of my son, my dear elder brother Rodgers also died. So it has been death after death in my family and involving close blood family members. I am really devastated, confused and heart broken but whenever I listen to this song "ngiyakuthanda" by pastor Benjamin Dube of south Africa, though I don't understand the language it is sung and I don't know what it means, but honestly I find myself having some sort of peace of mind. I only hope someone translate the lyrics to English. I started listening to this song in 2013 when I was living in Newcastle Australia but since then I find myself mummering to it each and every time I am listening to it. This is 2024 but I am still in love with it as if it's a new song of today. This song in my opinion will always stand the test of time till our good Lord Jesus Christ comes again for the second time to take us to home to heaven. AMEN!
