Tragic, emotional, and completely avoidable. Think about thousands of lives lost in this war. And it all started in 2014 when the West decided and carried out the plan to use Ukraine against Russia. They divided brothers and sisters and forced to fight each other. It's the same happening now here in America - they divide and conquer forcing people to hate each other, and it may eventually end up tragically.

The UN's decision to have Russia exit Ukraine is a victory for the international community's commitment to peace and security. It's disheartening that 7 dictatorships voted in favor of Russia, but the majority voted against them.

We use "fatally wounded" for someone who has or is definitely going to die and "gravely wounded" when some is in danger of dying. I believe they used the term in the correct contest...in this situation. Edit: *the way WE choose to and agree upon.
