Not only did you make your dream car from scratch which looks absolutely phenomenal, but you also managed to capture everything on camera! Astounding!

I went to school for mechanical engineering science while I was in the Marine Corps, and got my ASE certs after getting out. From both a mechanical engineering perspective, as well as an automotive technical standpoint this is beyond impressive. Building a go-cart from scratch is fun, and only mildly difficult depending on your suspension, drivetrain, steering system, etc. However the mechanical strain and allowable tolerances increases exponentially as the size of the vehicle increases. The planning, dedication, and work that went into this is absolutely an outstanding achievement.

Salute for making the whole car in just 17 minutes

It's wild to me to see a GT40 built out of regular ol' all purpose square tubing and stick welder. Anybody with a few skills can build an awesome project with all the right tools and material. It takes some real ingenuity to create something amazing out of normal stuff.

Best 17 minutes I have spent on KZfaq in a long time. Bravo, what a work of art. Took that whole ‘go big or go home’ really seriously. Bloody fantastic.

Absolutely amazing !!! You literally built this GT40 from scratch with raw tubing, welding and a few specialized parts without a fancy jig or anything. This takes real skills with time, engineering, effort, patience and money to build this. This was not a kit, this was / is a build. Congratulations very much !!!!!!!
