It saddens me to think that people like Benji don’t really ever happen in real life. He’s like superhuman. Funny, nice, plays guitar, sings, dances, cooks, draws really well, openly gay, attractive... Can’t wait for season 2!

Absolutely agree. Michael's acting talent here is truly astounding. The subtitles...his eyes, his face, but also his breathing. Has to be one of the best falling in love moments captured on TV...or even in movies. This young man is going places.

I looove love love this , definitely this series made me so so happy, it’s so incredible how identified you can feel with this whole story and all the characters ; It’s simply amazing how Victor portraits so many of us and how hard we’ve been through it , Michael Cimino and George Sear did an amazing job and the whole cast too 🙆🏻‍♀️💗💗💗

Not sure if you had that kind of relationship with friends (and friends who you see as likeable-loveable but not pursuing them due to circumstances) Pretty normal to play song snippets for friends E.g. Played songs that my friends and I enjoyed together / shared with each other Or give particular postcards that involve inside jokes / inside references Friends could be sweet ;) Fits Benji, too Given that he's into romanticism

Not sure I get the point of a 20 minute loop of this but... Words can't describe how much this scene affected me. I was suddenly Victor and Benji was the cute guy i once had a crush on in college - singing to me and only me. The shot of Victor all by himself in the soft spotlight is EXACTLY how that feels. The rest of the world disappears and the only thing that matters is this beautiful person whose attention and words are for you and you alone. WOW! Goddamn, I love this show.
