I like that Benjy decided to go through tier 2 before Heretics. When he announced he was switching I heard that he declined t1 offers in order to prove himself in t2 first and earn his way onto a t1 team instead of clout signing off the rip.

benjyfishy progressed all the way from tier 3 to tier 1, as a tier 3 europe player i knew a few of the players he played with and they all only had good things to say. dudes just an ultra gamer.

I will give where credit's due, he's good possibly one of the best in the game rn and even as a Sentinel role. But I also can't help but laugh at the instant karma with the PRX match, that will never ever go away. All in all, hope the best for him, hope he reaches greater heights and he was so close to touching the trophy

Once you trash talk back then make sure you back it up, no one's gonna care who started it just the one who lost once they trash talked. And I guess you still can't get it out of your head that I'm a "PRX fan/glazer" just because I found that one match to be one of the most memorable ones. And who tf cares if they're rookies or not, not like that's been a standard of skill in eSports. Demon1 won a championship in his 1st year as a rookie. Ehhh I think shroud’s fame definitely helped. I’m not saying shroud was bad or the reason why they fell short. I think they could’ve still won lcq with him though. If Paper Rex got third place with cgrs in Masters Tokyo then Sentinels could’ve won lcq with shroud if they did a few things better. Edit: I think shroud said he's still kinda interested in joining a team a few months back but that could just be him yapping

The ceo rob told shaz, to go for shroud instead and promised him that he'd keep him in 2023 if he did that. Thats how shaz and rob got beef.

Sinatraa did the same (He was originally from Overwatch) and same for Marteen (Also from Fortnite but not as well known there) and pretty sure theres a HELLA lot more of them who came from games not called CSGO and became INSANLY good tier 1 players just not quite as fast. Benjy might actually be in consideration for GOAT GAMER now honestly

He had a decent career on xset but it never really took off, in fact the team only did well when they put zekken (who is a world class duelist now) and dephh (who was a fairly good igl) to lead the team forward. Then he had the stint with T1 where he got to play with Curry AND steel, but because of the ‘help sewers’ incident they never took off after that and now hes kind of washed, which is sad because thwifo is and always will be my favourite player.

It’s not clout it’s the mental ability to be a professional gamer along with prior FPS experience. The ability to learn and adapt quickly and Fortnite requires very good aim
