A excuse is like staring at a flat tyre while stook in the desert and having the foot pump but simply not using it your too tired and too this or that but you dont realise theres coyotes out there, a sand storm, heat, no water no food and realise you got five minutes before that becomes a reality and all you got to change your reality is tap your dam foot. Crazy motivation!! I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I got a diet plan from Next Level Diet and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 120 lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath.
