This was pretty awesome! At first I thought you were going to turn the resin into bb-8 s shape, so you can have a bb8 inside a bb8

Man that casting came out flawless, crystal clear. Freakin awesome. I just love watching what you make, that burl is some of the prettiest wood ever.. I also like your video before I watch because I already know it's going to be awesome. You know what would be cool.. a Spiderman one where you do the web in the glowing color so you don't see the web until the lights go out. Idk just giving ya ideas.

I have an idea what you could do with this model: stick on the sphere half of a sphere so that you have a BB-8 in a large transparent BB-8. Great video by the way, i always like to watch your videos!

Just a tip for when you want to add weathering or black to shadows or creases. Use Nuln oil from citadel paints meant for 40k or a black wash from another brand.

I love the pot cam at 7.20 where you see a bubble sinking and getting squeezed smaller until it finally disappears.

I wonder if he could mix the glow-in-the dark to an almost-clear amount and then just apply that as ultraviolet resin to the figure directly? I guess that threatens to either just not give you enough of the powder to glow or else would just be too opaque to see the original colors under... Or maybe he could apply it to certain areas so it's like the figure itself is glowing, but only from parts where it doesn't mess up the colors in the light.

Definitely one of the positive cases of "Less is More". When the things you're using are beautiful enough to begin with, trying to beautify them more isn't necessarily your friend. Not that you need my approval... but I choose to approve anyway.
