Older models are only about 30k and they look almost the same as the new ones, this is one of my dream cars and if you save enough money it's actually affordable but sadly taxes are quite high for these cars

So where exactly is the review part? All I could see was an advertisement for the car alongside with some specs about it... But apart from that? How about negative aspects? Comparisins? Actual every day scenario tests? This was at its best a first look but not a review of any kind!

That's awesome! For petrolheads like us it's such a joy to work on old cars, making them unique and personal machines. I know a bunch of chaps who did something like that, they put an Chevy V6 on the rear of a VW Beatle, they didn't bother with the interior bit but i can tell ya it works just fine :)

Well ... If you live in Turkey this car cost more than 400.000 € I mean with the all options Bentley has you get a price tag like 450.000 € for the brand new one . Shame on our tax policy ...

Great to have a woman giving feedback on a car. I was just wondering though: if you can spend money on a bentley, you wont drive long hours in it.. you go for a rolls and be driven? Driving long hours for example: business. Is never fun, only time consuming. I must say, the bentley brooklands gives you just a little bit more bite. Driving a classy looking car, with almost a thousand horsepower under the hood. Keep up the good vids

This car has its roots based on a FWD car believe it or not, which explains the length (or lack of) the bonnet. It shares a platform with the A8 if I'm not mistaken.

Correction, Bentleys only cost around £200,000. Converting that to your Krone, £500,000 is 4,650,000kr. :) However Singapore (The country is not in China in fact its a very rich country in Asia) is the world's most expensive place to buy a car. A Toyota Corolla costs 555,000kr in Singapore. That sucks for car lovers there. You should be happy you don't live in Singapore. haha

The latest Continental GT has 2 engines, the "base model" has the twin turbo 4litre V8, the other is this one, the "Speed", with the new twin turbo 6litre W12.

Very elegant and sober colour combination matching your eyes and style. I still like better my AM Vanquish with its proper and traditional RWD proportions.

That radio/infotainment-unit is basically the RCD 510 that I have in my Passat CC... Yeah, exclusive right?

The touch screen satnav system with 15GB capacity (it's actually 18GB) is almost exactly the same as the one which came in my Skoda Suerb ;)

Nice review. The only thing i don't like is the way you talk about the prices and how expensive everything is! Of course it is important when you are buying one but still imo that is not the main point! I mean look at the car for gods sakes. The engineering, man hours and design that makes this car tick are amazing!

For all of you wondering why it's left hand drive, the car would have been provided for this review by Bentley themselves, not a customer. A lot of the show cars Bentley have are left hand drive, this is due to the fact that the cars are registered in the UK as that's where the factory is, but these cars are mainly used for motor shows and exhibitions around the globe (most of which drive on the right hand side of the road).

for some reason i like the previous generation continental. especially the supersport. with the sexy angry grill.
