I love a 450. I have 5 different rifles amd a pistol in the round. Easy to reload. I use 230 fmj 45 acp bullets for plinking. I load the 250 grain ftx to 2500+ for my bolt guns. Has >1000 fpe at 400 yds.

i like a 350 legend for woods hunting. 308 for medium range. i don’t hunt long range very often

Im looking at the same rifle, I think right now its the only 450bm with a hinged floorplate. I have 2 ar rifles in 450bm already, its a hoss of a round. Starline sells 450bm brass for a good price, and there's lots of .452 bullet options. The acme powder coated lead rounds are great for target shooting, lehigh defense has brass solids, hornady has lots of .452 options. Agree with you about triggers, I like savage for that reason.
