It is so exciting to see you visit my hometown, walk the streets that I have walked, see the sights that I have seen and tell me that in this and this random house, that I have probably passed a dozen times, is where so many legends were born, lived and did their work. I have probably passed Vargs old house 50+ times when going to pick up my grand-cousin at his school up on Nordnes and never known

It's crazy how well-off early black metal pioneers were. Apartments, money from parents to start businesses and studio time, nice parts of nice towns, rehearsal space etc.. lol. Punk was started by people living in gutters.

if i saw the movie i was thinking the same .. wow this dudes are in his early 20s and they have nice big apartments a store and a lot of expensive shit ... when i was in my early 20s i worked in a bar and there was not much left after weekend partys/Konzerts and rent .. i was happy if i had some money left at the end for some cds or vinyls ...

@@fvkthsstm8524 i'm not, and Venom Black Metal album was from '82, and my dad was at Black Sabbath Concert 14th january 1974 in Amsterdam which was not Black Metal though. But the Norwegian metalheads definitely paid a lot of tribute to black metal and made it as it is today.
