Impressions are the number of times a post from your Page is displayed, whether the post is clicked or not. People may see multiple impressions of the same post. For example, someone might see a Page update in News Feed once, and then a second time if their friend shares it.
Reach is the number of people who received impressions of a Page post. Reach might be less than impressions since one person can see multiple impressions, 2014.

Michael Sandel is one of the most engaging and thought provoking speakers around. It physically hurts to see the expressions on the faces of his audience here. In an awkward way, it illustrates perfectly his point that we can be trained to (not) find pleasure in certain things. Someone has certainly done a cracking job with this lot.

Great lecture. His series on justice with Harvard is amazing as well.

It’s such a gift and privilege that Professor Sandel is made these lectures talks available to the public- apart from Michael lighting up any room he’s in - the air in that room wasn’t electric shall we say - there is a difference between a young audience and an older one - Still I’m no spring chicken and enjoy his every utterance- if I learn take away something from here it’s been worthwhile - being virtuous 👍🏻 Judgmental comes naturally to most - you read someone’s comment and form an opinion of them - don’t judge - old habits die hard but not impossible-

if you wanna know more about it, I think that the method he proposed about tradition, reinterpreting it constantly, can be related to the socratic method of learning. It's called maieutics. It's really interesting, though it made Socrates unsufferable to some fellow athenians. Really worth looking into it.

Sandel great as always but one has to focus on the individual and his internal mechanisms. The real point is to understand the mechanism of desire and thought and in a way transcend them. That's where all the mystics are pointing too. Dis-identify from thought. Become aware, wake up etc. Then society will truly transform.

I presume, the purpose of this lecture have giving in such place is to change the teaching of philosophy has fundamentally been given in educational institutions and thus philosophy didn't become a widespread useful subject for people to develop interest for it. It is an interesting and positive trail.

Though crowd! Audience not at the level of the lecture. The response of younger audiences has been far better. Sandel as good as they come.

These people look completely nonplussed that a philosopher has started talking during their dinner.

So the virtue is better than utility? And can we say virtue is the essence of East and utility West.

The most frustrating thing about morality is that there isn't a definitive framework even to this day, yet we cannot escape from morality so we fudge it every time.

If I were you prof. Sandel, I would not talk at the place like this! Reason? 1- you can not change people who have spent whole life thinking different than you, 2- the narrative Camera , as I see and get is , we care more for eating than listening to you! So please stop being a show man with uninterested audience and spend more time in class, while posting them on the you tube ,etc. So people can listen & learn effectively !

Professor must have been bored since the audience weren't that passionate to listen. Secondly, Prof. better to spend more time with young generation.
