This is exactly what I needed. The analysis of near vs far distance in passing is extremely important for positioning advantage. Then, from there, using different tech such as the leg drag will increase the success rate of the pass

can this Pass still work if the guy you are rolling with a bigger guy who has a cross collar grip on you? I like the technique but just wondering what modifications i can make to retain my posture if they are tugging on my collar with a deep cross collar grip

any suggestions on locking the leg/knee with the right hand? Was drilling this last night and noticed my partner was still able to turn his knee out and allow his left leg a bit of mobility. Should I be leaning more into that leg? Thanks for the continued kindness in guidance and sharing!

make sure to drop your right shoulder inside of the knee. If they are able to beat your shoulder and maintain the knee shield try threading the arm for an arm weave pass with the shoulder on top. attacking this should make them fight to point their knee back up and you can fight to get your shoulder inside again. combining with the long step is another good option

Can you guys please just rename BJJFanatics to fight fanatics so we can get all the daily deals on 1 site opposed to bouncing between dynamic striking, judo fanatics, and fanatic wrestling. Also, Bjj fanatics has all the videos but the other sites only have their sports. Doesn’t make a lot of sense
