we had several types of corn bread growing up... 'regular' cornbread.. like the jiffy corn bread. 'roasted' cornbread... imagine jiffy, but with roasted and minced corn kernels added, and "Pandie Maze'..( pan du maize ), the corn meal in this is ground finer than that of 'jiffy' style, and some confectioners sugar is also added to basic recipe. making a smoother cornbread texture with a slightly sweet taste. all are awesome cold, or warmed with butter.. or even 'honey butter', or 'apple butter'.. bon mouchier!

Pan the cam more to the right ( your left ) to make Frank more centered, and maybe zoom in a tad bit. Just so one person doesn't take up more of the screen space than the other.. love your work guys.
