I have never had a more emotional attachment to a work of art then Berserk. The story, the characters, the world, and the art just drew me right in and truly spoke to me. A story of vengeance, love, horror, war, and most of all humanity. It is pretty much solely responsible for pulling me out of my own cesspit of despair. Truly it was the greatest manga of all time, hell it was the greatest story of all time. Rest in peace Miura Sensei, we all will miss you and your amazing works that changed many lives, I hope you were proud of your achievements and of your fan base who loved your works so dearly.

This cover really captures Guts’ declaration of war on all of Apostle-kind and the righteous fury that accompanies it. And also the look of hubris disappearing from an apostle’s face as its head is separated from its body, realising that they were the prey all along.

The character designs and world details are too hard to animate frame by frame. And if they did choose to draw it frame by frame it would cost too much money the budget can handle. They had to use CGI because it was the cheaper option, although they probably knew the fandom wouldn't appreciate it one bit they still did it just to get the series up and running again.

There's a lot more wrong with that dumpster fire than just bad animation. Like how they removed entire arcs and left out several scenes of character development. As for the animation, the problem is less that they used CGI and more that the team used for it had no experience with CGI.

Berserk for me is the combination of Doom, Dark Souls and our history, that's why this anime/manga is awesome, this is the first time I am reading a manga and I decided to go with Berserk, bro I am loving so much, as one guy said in a comment here, this anime have the potencial to be one of animes of the decade

For me Berserk is the tale of a man who will never relent or back down. The pinnacle of a mountain of willpower. Something I desire to have and that I have came along away towards. Watching Guts go through his journey in life has taught me so much and I thank God for creating Miura so that I could learn from his works.

Honestly I bought this song on ITunes when I was about to go on an airplane, and for some reason, it helped me get some of the most restful sleep I’ve had in a while. Knowing the love of Miura was still being shown even before his passing made me so happy. Thank you for this cover.
