We participate in Family Constellations here in Australia and each time it is a great Honour to be chosen to represent someone, whether live in a group or online via zoom. If you reading this haven't done so yet, get in there its a wonderful experience to be helping our brothers and sisters to right their problems and to be the subject of a constellation oneself is so healing. Thank you Eva for putting this up here. God Bless you, yours and all here reading this. Our Love is with you all.

Hi Eva, I'm glad you are sharing the video I edited and made to share with others. I see you have your own watermark on it. Perhaps you want to change that to have my watermark. Another easy solution would be to simply share the link to where you got it from on my youtube.

Emily, I made this cut from your video a long time ago. If you remember, yours was a very big video where you explained your vision about Hellinger's work. At that time it was not so easy to protect the owner in KZfaq, as it is now. I know that. Many videos I subtitled to Portuguese were used by many people without ever mentioning my name. Also at that time family constellations were not so popular, there was a lack of videos, and I wanted to show Hellinger working. At the end of the cut (I don't know if you ever saw it), I mention and thank you, Emily Waymire. It is at 24'35''. The watermark you mention is not, as you know, a watermark on that video, it is a watermark of my channel, it appears automatically in all videos I share. If you feel this is your video and still feel uncomfortable, I´ll delete it from the channel. No problem at all.

Actually I always prefer that information be shared and that you keep it up. I try to put the source in the start as so few people finish videos,. That is my practice now. I should have watermarked it. And yes of course our videos get used by many. @@EvaJacinto

I got psychosis after a family constellation. Any ideas why that happened? I was only representing, before that i was on like 4 or 5 sessions and only in one occasion out of that amount i went in with my own problem wich was turned out as a lost twin plus abortion shit. I was okay from those previous occassions but after that lost one i got so fucked up mentally i ended up at a hospital....Any ideas why that could happen?Of course i know it is silly to ask this here but i need to know if something was wrong with the person ho led those constellations or it was about me? Like wtf? I feel so stupid to even bitching about it one year later but I still got doubts wheter I should care about this whole family constellation thing or should i let it go? Because i got some actual trauma from my time in hospital, but since I've came out I still have no mental issues, basically without drugs. Does anyone who reads this knows a great "study"/report or accurate information about psychosis caused by family constellations?

Hi Deli. I hope you are doing well. It would be better to consult your constellator and tell them about about happened to you. For me whenever I represent someone in a constellation, I m deeply involved and engaged. Once, I represented an aborted baby, I cried my eyes out. I was drained for more than week. Later, I felt better. The most important thing is to forget about every single sensation as soon as you leave the place and leave space for the energies to play their roles. Regards.

I think the key and answer lays on who you were representing and what were you feeling and experiencing while representing this person/event etc. They say that it is never random who we represent and that we are only picked to play somebody because there are similar elements in our system aswell. I have had deep experiences while representing somebody but fully aware that I also have something similar going on. So… do get in contact with the constellator but could you share ur experience- who were you playing, what were you experiencing? Research or scientific articles about this topic doesn’t tell you anything, what you need is a deep understanding of what and why it happened, not somebody’s elses story. The fact is that constellation therapy is intense and it can cause turbulence and healing in our system aswell, psychosis can be a sign of this for example… like difficult to integrate for example. 😊

It is important to clear and release the representation. After representing, go pee, wash your hands in sea salt and baking soda and intend that you are releasing the energy represented. You can imagine or write “meta” on a mat a mat or piece of paper and step into this neutral position, stamp your feet and say meta, meta, meta. Or go outside and walk barefoot on grass or sand intended the release and grounding. If you ever have done a representation and you’re having trouble clearing the it, let the facilitator know.

@@shannoncarson2646 I am curious about this ritual of writing "meta", as there was a girl in my family line with that name who died very early and I was just thinking about her a few moments ago. It is an interesting synchronicity. Can you give me some insight into this ritual?

No it's not theater, it's resonating. It happens spontaneously (information & sensations come up from the morphic/energy field), not scripted. Called family constellations
