This is the most best recipe of besan barfi I have tried. Jawitri ( mace) enhanced flavour in burfi at top notes.

Very good demonstration. I think ghee and sugar should have been 1.25kg each for 2.00kg besan. Please develope some sweets for diabetics using sugar-free (sucrolose) powder.
