As of April 24, 2024, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) requires Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) to have a minimum net owned fund (NOF) of ₹300 crore to begin or continue the business of asset reconstruction or securitization. This is a significant increase from the previous requirement of ₹100 crore, which was raised in October 2022. ARCs were given a transition period to meet the new requirement, and were required to have ₹200 crore by March 31, 2024 and ₹300 crore by March 31, 2026.

Yes you do. It is related to finance and can be asked in RBI too. Moreover, finance syllabus of sebi and RBI is same so all bulletins of sebi can be asked in RBI too. We have to be fully prepared.
