In this Video, I will rank the Top 55+ Communities in Phoenix, Arizona. There are so many amazing 55+ Communities here in Arizona, and it can be quite a challenge to navigate them and find one that fits you best. This video will help you narrow your search and guide you in the right direction.
I will rank the top 5 communities in my opinion, but category. The categories that I will be using will be the Most Luxurious, Most Active, Most Affordable, Best Clubhouse, and Best Value.

Pebblecreek is best price point as far as amenities. You mentioned Sterling Grove as a 55+ but it is really a family community. Lots of kids and family activities. Trilogy is beautiful and quiet but location is a bit far out. Verrado is another beautiful location and 55+.

You consider $3100 per year to be a great deal for the rec center amenities. What a joke.

Blackstone and Sterling Grove are both huge family communities. When they put 55+ it’s misleading due to 84% are young families with children. Trilogy is beautiful and Pebblecreek is best on price point.

Sun City Grand is a great option! Mainly not on my list because a lot of my clients find the homes a bit too old for their liking. But the amenities are plentiful and prices are reasonable!

Do they have communities in AZ that have cooler climate? Just tired of the heat here in Vegas. We are seriously looking for homes in cooler climate but only at $500k or below. Thank you!

Thanks for the video we just checked out pebble Creek but I was concerned about the traffic noise from the 10 and the 303 living there do you have information about Robson other property called Quail Creek South of Tucson? What’s your thoughts on that area Green Valley?

One thing not mentioned is Pebblecreek, Sun City, surprise area and Sterling Grove have Luke Air Force Base which is loud so the traffic from freeways would be the least of your concern.
