Which is better as commander and deputy? WALDYR velyn with skill talent or VELYN waldyr with control talent?

Hey, I was wondering, at which point should to use a legendary hero as a commander? I got Nico Kinara and Valayn at 5-1-0-0 and I was wondering if they would be already a good choice at commanding. So basically is one of those is fine to swap Gwanyn and move her to secondary? For context, she is 5-5-2-3 atm and Walydr is 5-5-4-1. At this point of the game we mainly look to do behemoths but I don't think it will take too long for PVP to arrive and I want to be ready. I also actually wondering if Kinara or Nico wouldn't be a better commander even for behemoths I assumed they aren't cause of the peacekeeping Gwanwyn has.

You can absolutely control where skills go. You just have to wait for season reset and you can do it before your commander hits the next level for skill unlock. This really only works for skill one and skill 2 but if you’re trying to avoid skill 2 still rng

I'm really itching to use universal token for velyn because im really having bad rng on gold keys. Because someone told me that legend tokens for legend hero are not going to waste when they are already awakened in season 2 because of the 5th and 6th star. Please i need advice from this.

I dont understand how most of those heroes would be on tbe list and you say good for F2P, when playing on season 1+ now I dont even have 1 hero without any skill ups of most of those. I thought you could only get most of them (Kinara, madeline, emrys, Fraegar, etc) if you spend something, worse either thinking on having at least 1 level 5 skill

why should f2p dont play legendaries? they getting their skills not maxxed?
