Such a nice and informative video!! OG Organix 2% BHA toner should be in the list, more affordable than the international options. Moreover, if you are looking for an affordable azelaic acid product that is not 20%, I have found Acnoren Gel which is 15% Azelaic acid, haven’t tried them myself though but I’m looking forward to. One more thing I would like to mention is that niacinamide percentages above 5% might be irritating, better go for 2-5%

I had pustules and ufff I'd use so many salicylic acid products and there came a point when it stopped working for me so I switch to Brevoxyl and oh my god my forehead was never that smooth and not only the inflammatory acne gone with it but also my pores became more clean and whiteheads also cleared up. Such a great local product.

I live in Canada. But I am visiting Pakistan and having acne. So finding local products. Shopkeepers do not know much. You have made such an awesome video. You have mentioned a range of products from the most expensive to the most affordable. Great job.

Brevoxyl and azelaic acid are the best when ir cones to treat acne but for days when you've mild acne, azelaic acid works best. I used skinoren with niacinamide and this combo fades PIH really fast.
