Thank you for this vid Chris! Sometimes I see creators doing hauls of 5-10 bottles at like 200-300$ a pop and I have to scratch my head? I don’t really know anyone in real life who can drop that kind of money regularly on smelly water. I realize some of it might be PR. Anyway, us regular peeps appreciate knowing about the good stuff at affordable price points. A huge YES to your ME frag recs!!! I have fallen down that rabbit hole and discovered some beauties that are also beasts 😉 YES Rifaqaat was a big win for me and I’ve worn it a bunch this winter. I just got Junoon Rose and Junoon Oud - they are wildly different and both fantastic.

Thank you for this. I haven’t watched as much because of the cost of perfumes you talk about (and many others). It’s not me bashing anyone or being jealous just being realistic for my life and not wanting to spend time hearing about stuff that is way out of my budget. For example, I’m not going to walk in to a Chanel store and look around when it’s completely unrealistic for me. Hope that makes sense. Anyway, thanks for this video!

I recently started purchasing from Dapper & I can honestly say their versions of Hufflepuff, Vicebomb, & Spiritueuse Double Vanille are spot on! Their 1 oz bottles are $35. I have enough expensive fragrances, so it feels good to find amazing scents for very reasonable prices!

I love Oil Perfumery ! I have over 20 bottles from them 😅❤. MFK’s “gentle fluidity silver” dupe is my absolute fave from them. Lasts forever with only a few swipes , and smells Exactly like the OG. Folks might not realize what a wonderful archive of videos on all topics you have created, and that once can simply search the channel by keyword to find anything they might looking for. The fact that you have listed perfumes from most videos in the descriptions makes it even easier. For example, I might search 'affordable lemon', and several videos will pop up. Hi Chris Ty for this video. I have unsubscribed from the handful of channels I have watched for years. I simply see no reason to spend a lot of time on solely niche reviews that I can't afford. It's fun to learn about though. There is such a range of fragrances, I can and have sampled and bought FB, under $100. Great video, it's so nice to recognize the majority of fragrances. I always downsize. I buy the smallest bottle available, because I know, with around twenty bottles in my collection, I will never use up a 100 ml before I get tired of it. I prefer to buy 30 ml if it is available.

Mercedes Club Black was a huge discovery for me last year. It is my kind of vanilla. Starts with a burst of citrus fresh and immediately takes you into intriguing dark-ish vanilla spice incense sexiness. Not overwhelmingly sweet and truly addictive...and what a price!

I gave away Casablanca because it was a patchouli bomb on me. Wish it were just apple pie! Absolutely LOVE “I love love”! Chris, I missed this 🥺 I feel older than my age lately… Thank you so much for tagging me ❤️❤️❤️ Do you find Vaniglia del Madagascar a little similar to Althair? I have the discovery set from The Merchant of Venice and the tonka one is lovely. Then the sandalwood one sits on the 3rd spot. I have Club Black on my radar. PS: Cheap & Chic ILL was the signature scent of one of my best friends during the university years. It brings a smile to my face whenever I see the bottle. And probably why I don’t see it as ugly 😅

Thank you for recommending the Sacred Wood perfume oil. I LOVE Sacred Wood and did buy it. Not sure the performance supports the price. But it smells amazing.

I love all types of fragrances as long as they smell good, even those body sprays😍😍. I’m looking forward to wearing my affordable fragrances like Khamrah, Qhawa, Nebras, Honour and Glory because I bought them after our winter ended😍😍. We are in summer so I’m currently enjoying Affection as my bedtime scent💚💚. I have Babycat but still curious to smell Rifaqaat and Ishq Al Shuyuk Gold🤔🤔. Chris, thank you for this video - I'm so intrigued by the Cremo - going to try it... (to add to my ever-present *Fancy* - 😉) - I actually recently got two new ones that *weren't* blind buys - we finally got a Sephora back in Cape Girardeau, so I don't have to travel *too* far to sniff (it's in a Kohl's, and doesn't have quite the selection that a stand-alone store would, I don't think, but it's better than nothing) - but since I got them, I can't smell them after the initial spray as well as I thought I would be able to (Devotion - I bought it before I saw your comparison with Bake - and Libré Le Parfum) - maybe I'm spraying too close to my face and going anosmic, IDK. I wouldn't mind paying more if I ever find my holy grail! I have only paid more that $200 twice - the most recent was Lancome Roses de Parfait - beautiful, but fleeting on me - and *years* ago, Amoureuse by Perfumes DelRae (now defunct, I believe) - blind-bought solely on the notes on Luckyscent, and it was so embarrassingly strong it was unwearable - you'd think that would have taught me a lesson about blind-buying, forever! I showed my daughter (who lives in Saint Charles, and is the volunteer manager for three hospitals there, starting today - I believe one of them is one of yours - 😊) - your channel this past weekend and told her she needed to subscribe! She is so sensitive where perfume is concerned (I usually go with *nothing* on when I'm around her) which is ironic because she makes the most beautiful (and STRONG) gourmand-y candles! ❤

Oh my gosh!! So happy you guys got a Sephora. I’ve been to Cape one for my daughter’s volleyball tournament in that huge indoor complex. It was amazing. I hope I get to meet your daughter some day! How cute!!!!

@ThePerfumeNest Thank you, Chris! ❤️ Yes, Cape used to have a Macy's, and they closed that, then there was a Sephora in Penney's, and *that* closed, and that left literally no place to sniff anything, for over *three years* - it was a blow, I tell you! 😉 You probably went to the Show-Me Center, part of Southeast Missouri State University...it's a wonderful venue for so many things! Yes, I hope you can meet Mandy (Pratt)- she said she was wiped out today, but she said that she'd gotten her office, and that there was a lot to learn! She's worked with volunteers (as a grant writer and fundraiser) in non-profit organizations for years, though, so I'm confident that it will be a good fit for her! 🥰

I want to recommend Maja by Myrurgia. It's now 100 years old and, wearing it alone, I feel like a 1920s cabaret girl. But it is an amazing layering scent. Super affordable.

My grandma got me I Love Love YEARS ago and I still have it and love it, I prefer it to Light Blue. She got me into perfume, I still have the EDP of Insolence by Guerlain in the UFO bottle she got me too. She passed away in 2010, and these perfumes and my love for perfume connect me to her still ❤ Karma was the first perfume I got myself as a teen, and at 30 still adore it. (Also love Dirty, Breath of God and others). My grandma got me as a granddaughter from one of her two sons, first girl in her side of the family in 80 years and I turned out to be into metal music, dye my hair dark, wear black and big military boots so I wasnt the girly girl she hoped for, but perfume transcended thar ❤

I finally got around to trying one of your favorite cheapies Rasana. It’s really nice. Definitely a fruitier, grapier kind of aventus/hacivat dna. I bought a bottle for my brother for Christmas as well. A few cheapies I’m waiting on are Paris Hilton just me for men (supposedly a dupe of aqua di gio but more aquatic and fruity) as well as Horizon by Guy Laroche. I’m obsessed with the bottle design of the latter. Have you ever tried SJP Lovely? It’s one of the best cheapies I’ve ever smelled.

Yes love Lovely! I’ve shown it in several of my “great affordable alternatives to more expensive perfume”. It smells similar to NR for Her which I love. I owned it for many years but finally decluttered because it’s too close to For Her EDP and EDT:, both of which I own.

I love your affordable perfume videos! I have been going back and forth about whether to get Qasamat Ebhar or Casablanca for quite awhile, so I am wondering what you think. Also, how is Ebhar's longevity? I find it funny that you mentioned Rifaqaat and Oil Perfumery in this video, since today I am wearing Oil Perfumery's Babycat with Rifaqaat and it is an amazing combination!

Oh and to answer your question. For Ebhar I get 4-6 hours, esp if I spray on clothes. I personally prefer the scent of Ebhar slightly more than Casablanca. If I had to narrow down between the two I would choose Ebhar. But Casablanca wins for longevity.

Oh yes I’ve tried some of their perfumes and the best one BY far was “In The Stars”. Loved it and showed it here until they stopped making the perfume which was a huge shame because it was amazing!! I have a gagillion of their body creams….Id love to find another good perfume from them.

Mercedes Benz is def less sweet and fruity. It has no fruity notes; only benzoin….which can give perfumes a subtle fruity thing. It’s a vanilla like SDV…..has the slight touch of an incense/smokiness.

I wish I enjoyed an oil but I find them just too messy in reality. I love the Tihota-ish one from Whole Foods but ended up throwing it out after having it in my car for months. It smelled wonderful though. This one is not a budget friendly option but have your tried Oajan from PDM? I think it's very similar to Angel's Share but less sweet and far better longevity. It's a beast!
