I am not from Europe, I'm from Alabama in the United States. So that said, I would treat it like a southern biscuit and put the cream on first then the jam. We would put butter on the biscuit then jam or jelly. That way the butter will melt into the biscuit. 😊 just thought I'd add my thoughts. Love the videos BTW ❤

You were puttin' on the Ritz! Such a beautiful place, I'm glad there weren't any disappointments for you. I wasn't crazy about the music in this one compared to some of your other videos. But oh well, you can't please everybody all of the time. I think the jam goes on first, jam is a spread and the cream is a topping. That's my rational anyway.

Phone on the table during afternoon tea at the Ritz shows poor etiquette. Perhaps refresh reading up on manners.

Not for the inflated prices they charge at the Ritz for tea, no thank you. The only reason you did a video here is because they wanted the publicity and you got it for free. There are plenty of smaller shops that office a lovely tea at reasonable prices. Forget the swank expensive Ritz and others like it. Give smaller businesses your patronage.
