i hate how everyone uses ipads now, what i mean is ppl dont make much awesome apps on android like procreate or toonsquid,,, like there are some awesome android devices like samsung flip-tablets

Flipaclip is for both android and iOS, I used it on my phone before and I am now currently using it on my iPad, it’s a good app for beginners.

maybe go with an ipad mini if you want to use the apple pencil 2, if you want to use the apple pencil 1 you can use the iPad 10. They are both under 650 Dollars
