Hi Prasad sir, I have used this bag and also using it now. There are some points I wanna highlight. 1st of all I have done all necessary step to claim warranty and the gift it took me many attempts as they ask for same details many times. And I still didn't received the gift.after about 4months. 2nd I have a 15.6 inch laptop, after I put it in the upper welcrow strap don't sticks as it felt short. Lastly the straps aren't being horizontally stitched as the inner foam getting curl up while the outside material remaining same. Please help. They don't response well!

Just bought this bag around 3 weeks ago along with the rain cover. Love the quality of the bag. As I work as IT tech support, I carry a lot of electronics daily. This bag is ideal to carry electronics. My only 2 complaints are 1) Rain cover should've been included with the bag as the bag is not completely water proof. Competing brands are including rain cover at a much more cheaper price and 2) I registered for the warranty and free sipper they promised as they directed in the documentation but still haven't received any reply from their end. Wish got the coupon code earlier 😞 Love the content ♥️

I'm one of the very first buyers of this company's 1st gen Ghost backpack and I still use it and I feel the earlier version was a bit better than this one except the chains and sunglasses compartment. The older version was available for a price of ₹1499 and at that time it was the best value for money product. This updated version is a tad bit overpriced for the kind of specifications it offers considering there are other backpacks with similar or almost similar features but at a bit cheaper price of between ₹1700-₹2000. Other than that it's a very good practical backpack for bike travellers or people like me who use local trains to travel.

Because in My City Nowadays There are so much Dusty Environments I have to go Through... So bags tend to kinda absorb Dust which dont come off easily after only a cloth wipe..
