You are saying to speak British english faster .But foreigners speak American English. It is hard to speak British English faster.If you learn American English and speak regular and practice you can able to speak faster like foreigners

@ff What I practiced and learnt am telling its ur choice I think I can help you, Language is a key for communication. It must be understandable, accurate and precise. For your requirement, the easiest and best way in my perspective is Watch alot of hollywood movies, and more importantly you have to know whether you want to sound like British or American because they get distinguished in the way they pronounce and the usage of vocabulary. Watch alot of movies, news, read books find meanings with pronounciation I would suggest for the accurate meaning and clear distinguished pronunciation in *Cambridge dictionary*, if you want to stick with the slang of current period watch alot of series, and interviews. Why am I saying this is because I haven't been in the USA but I speak in American accent, I received alot of compliments for that accent that's y I told you. Repeat a word's pronunciation and record it too to know whether you've mispronounced or not. And most importantly watch RACHEL'S ENGLISH youtube channel it will be beneficial.
