All of your tutorials are wonderful and so easy to follow. I can imagine how much extra work you put into all of these tutorials between editing the video, marking all of the time stamps, and taking the time to link all of your supplies. Your efforts do NOT in any way to go waste. I've learned so much from you and found some really great suppliers I'd never known existed. Thanks again so much!

As I'm watching this, it would be great as waxed canvas, and the straps are masculine enough in my opinion. I'd say use either leather, vinyl, or even cotton webbing. This is so gorgeous... I just finished my first one of these. I love your videos and I tend to use them more than the pattern instructions, This bag kicked my butt!!!!! Every step of the way it fought me from the rolled handles ( after 2 rounds of unpicking I gave up and did flat handles, which I don't like on this bag), to the sewing it all together and then we won't even talk about the binding. I will not do another one without waterproof canvas for the binding. I would have been better off hand sewing the binding on. And the worst part of it all is that I really don't like the bag. I love the way yours came out and I thought it would be super cute but I just really don't like the fabric choices I made. Maybe someone else will like it.

I think to make it gender neutral, I’d leave off the straps and include only the cross body strap made out of 1” webbing, plus do the whole bag in solid, black, navy or green. .

I mean, I think that’s where it started. But don’t use this for a bowling bag 😉
