Mine just ended up in the woods over a cliff. It was so inconsistent, I got fed up with it, waste of time. This was the replacement they sent me before winter started after the first one died on the first day. It was never good for hitting, but it was good for ground balls and pop fly’s and catcher drills, because of it’s inconsistency’s.

Obviously a great resource for grounders. How does it fair for junior hitting? I have an almost 6 yr old who hits pitching and his league starting now is lever pitching machine.

If you read the box it says not to use real baseballs because it ruins the wheel inside the machine and if you want it to last then you have to purchase the correct balls it's asking for but it's a good machine

Better to use in grass or clay to get actual work in. Using in turf is not gonna be effective for getting real life scenarios for ground balls

Considering all 6 of our fields are turf I’d say it’s helpful on turf as well. However yes we use it on regular fields as well.
