Very good set for beginners, has all the most useful picks, what I like especially is the 0.018 thickness for gettin in tight keyways

Really enjoy Moki, although only .020ish the strength of the steel makes up for it. Also value is great outside of shipping cost depending on location

Jimy Longs, great price, great quality and the fact that there's 4 pick sizes per pack compared to the usual 3 from other brands in the same price range. Law Lock Tools Ridgeback Set is my most used, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a full set upgrade.

What’s wrong with the orientation?

I find it crazy you’d recommend a set in .18 for a beginner. I can see you(a pro) using them. As I(not a pro) use .18 alot. But for a beginner, who usually are heavy handed, still learning pick placement, and tensioning……😳🫣🤷🏼‼️ or maybe the Title has misled me on this. Also I find Peterson half shanked picks(in rubber handles) lose alot of feedback. Which is especially vital to a new picker. Would think ypu would recommend a handfull of others to start with. Not to mention why get such expensive tools. Not knowing if this be something you will do a year later(as most quit). Or getting so many profiles. Wished someone woulda just been honest with me in beginning and had me start with just a short,medium,and deep hook. As everything else is really trivial until ya advance in the skills. Just one humble opinion. But certainly would love to hear what you think🤷🏼.
