this isnt a great suggestion, i will highly suggest to spend 8k more and go for rx 6600 for 19.5-20k and 4k more for i5 12400f pushing the budget to 49k and that 12k difference will be huge in terms of gaming and productivity , 1650 is a bad choice in 2023

lol no i3 12100f is still 13% faster than r5 3600. Also r5 3600 is very outdated. Almost 4 years old cpu. Intels 4c 8t which are newly launched can easily outpace old 6c 12t of ryzen. Its common sense.

agar F wale khokhla cpus hi lena hai toh r5 3600 hi better hai overall, 6c12t ke saath aata hai aur mobos vi better milenge, overall experience better rahega,, warna i strongly suggest kuch paise bachane ki chakkar mein khokhla cpus mat lene ka, gpus ka problem aaya toh on vi na ho payega system..

I would go with AMD Ryzen 7600x or 7600 non X because it will perform very well in gaming and productivity, 7600x or 7600 ke saath integrated graphics aata h so you can add a nice graphic card later. And AM5 bhut jada future proof hai.
