The buffet that I always went to as a kid was shit down and replaced with a Italian place. Kinda insult to injury because I don’t like Italian food and they took away my favorite buffet lol. Oh well, there’s a sushi place I love now in the same area.

Dude would be in heaven if he went to the buffet at the Leela Penta in Mumbai- god I wish I was rich enough to just go there all the time but alas I’m stuck in the Us. But it’s the BEST buffet- it used to be 7 floors of food (and yes… worth the price bc omg)- and it’s still SO AMAZING- when I go to buffets now in the US I get sad remembering the Leela Penta (and the aapam and ishtu and sweet coconut milk I got… sheesh I gotta go back to Mumbai!)

Chinese buffets were the shit back in the day. But now, they’re goddamn expensive. Last week, I took my mom for her bday to a buffet we’ve been going to for a while and I ended up paying $50 for just the 2 of us. Since it was her bday, I could care less about the number on the check but $50 for 2 people is just insane.

@@thegingedingo6608 I would understand paying that much for the diner service but not lunch. $50 for 2 during the lunch service of a Chinese buffet that isn’t a luxury type buffet is pretty insane. It’s your basic Chinese American buffet that isn’t all that big and I’ve been to big luxury buffets in the past and there’s no comparison. You must be a very wealthy person or living off daddy’s paychecks to be calling others “broke”. If that’s the case then you should know that not everyone has the luxury to have enough money to throw at anything and everything they want. Basic necessities for our homes, cars, health, and other important things aren’t cheap. There are people who can’t go to buffets whenever they want. Especially with this economy and prices skyrocketing. Check yourself before you say some stupid shit next time bud.

Go to Virginia Beach and hit up Captain George's! Buffet and they have fresh crab legs every day. It's the best place to go and eat some crab! 40 a person, but if you like crab it's the best bang for your buck for sure!
