If someone can't understand they MUST pay attention while operating a 3-4,000lb machine at 50+ mph then the moron shouldn't be driving!! That said, it definitely doesn't happen more often than not. If that were true then red lights/stop signs wouldn't be obeyed over 50% of the time. Believe it or not, it's actually less than 5% of the time.

The reason why a huge part of cam videos is Russian is because in Russia it's a must(I mean 95%+ of them have dash cam) so it's logical almost all crashes are recorded. Unlike in the US or other countries where is not a must but more and more people are getting them. That's why we don't see a lot of ice/snow crashes in the US or other countries but there's a ton too. Not only Russians are stupid wreckless drivers.

Having carefully studied hundreds of these dashcam examples, one can easily conclude there is a most definite correlation between moving at an excessive speed with little or no caution through obvious potentially hazardous traffic situations and the idea that a car one is operating is a great place to listen to the most nauseatingly obnoxious 'music' bad taste can possibly buy. Both involve profoundly diminished decision-making ability, on a scale equivalent to driving under the influence or while texting. Such carelessness and stupidity is boundless but it is at least recognizable. Yet it is regularly provided with license to drive. It makes one wonder where the stupid actually starts.
