Cant blame genesis. It’s a smaller shop. Way smaller. A lot of ppl dont realize how much work goes into doing custom things and how difficult it is when you have a small staff

See heres when I knew Jay wasn’t a real one. In one of the videos he eluded that he takes the projects of higher status individuals more seriously than lower status individuals. You should treat every customer as if he/she is a high status person. Keep the standards super high no matter what!
