I like the lighter weight of the XR200 with composite toe, I like the better ankle support and the roller lacing of the Ultra better along with the higher tighter fitting top keeping out woodchips and grippier soles. So I like them both for different reasons and task at hand.

a pair of shoes that fit will save not just on the money paid for them by lasting longer but also on your back and body. I see nothing on the site about width. I find W and EW very deceiving as most seem to think 3E's are extra wide. Yes I'm one of those that have snowshoes for feet, 10-1/2 6E and very few shoe companies make them that wide

I retired about a year ago and I cant afford $250 for a pair of boots, (They were under a hundred dollars a pair when i started wearing them) so when the last of the work supplied ones wear out in a couple of years, I'll be back wearing cheap boots!
