That helm can be good for a mountain king or some HP based nuker if you pull Taras.

What's better stats high crit damage or high atk on leorius??

Have to balance it out. Can't be over stacked on either stat. Check HH optimizer for best "damage" builds. If you want to do the math use this basic formula: CD% x atk Example: 200% x 5000 = 10000 vs 250% x 4000 = 10000 - therefore both is equal without factoring other multipliers. This is very rough/basic guideline.

I have artak and Coldheart which one should i build first i mean artak can help in hydra and Spider ar Coldheart can help in spider ice golem and fire knight which one should i build first

Probably artak. Not sure your overall progress. But fire knight can probably wait 2 weeks for your 60 coldheart. FK not a big deal in early mid game.

i think atk% ascension is as good as crit dmg ascension

It's not since the CD is more stats overall then atk%, but atk% still solid, not the best though.
