Thank you for your comment ! I'd like to clarify that I said he isn't "an amazing player" rather than "a good player" as you mentioned. Although he does have have the highest initial ranking, it remains the highest ranking of Team Z which was meant to be the weakest of all the teams present at the start. Also, relatively to some genius players like Rin or Shidou, I believe it's safe to say he wouldn't do great. Finally, the sole fact the didn't have the necessary ego to run towards danger is proof enough that he wouldn't have done well in a place where the ego is that demanded.

Honestly yeah he didn't really become insane, I'd say he reacted normal. He was supporting isagi when isagi was IT, and to be eliminated by the very person you were supporting probably ticks you off. Although he did make the expression of "I'll never forgive you" type of face. He didn't really throw a tantrum and just left.

The author got rid of him for a reason because if Kira hadn't got eliminated and Isagi eliminated igaguri instead then it wouldn't show Isagi rlly developing in Blue Lock and the plot would be boring because the whole point of Kira's character is to show ego which is a main theme in Blue Lock and Isagi would of still been the same person he was before with passing to people instead of following his ego, he would've been a supporting character to Kira,giving him passes so he could score, he wouldn't learn anything instead of actually deciding to strike the ball himself and like Kira said in episode 1 to Isagi if Isagi was on the same team as him "he would make great passes to him" which means Kira thinks that Isagi is beneath him and would use him to pass to him for his own benefits and ego and besides Kira would still be trying to prove Ego wrong that blue lock is unnecessary because he literally wanted blue lock to end for his own selfish agenda and literally decided to go to blue lock anyways to prove ego wrong and when he actually gets eliminated he says how it wasn't fair and that it wasnt related to soccer I mean if u really think about it when Ego explains how tag and basically any game you play is related to the art of soccer it rlly makes sense I mean I dont blame Kira for getting angry when he gets eliminated because of a game of tag because anyone would be mad like him if his own career of soccer just ended because if one game in tag in a program but at the same time he didn't have to go in he could've just went home and focused on Nationals but instead he went into blue lock and I feel like that has everything to do with the authors vision of Kira getting eliminated at the end which is why it was the right choice for the author to not bring back Kira
