I am a Tamilian and I can tell you this is the exact authentic way of making chicken curry, a truly south Indian style of chicken curry. Bravo to the cook.

I just finished eating this ... I made a few adaptions because of my Keto diet ( I substituted the carrot with zucchini instead ) and it was amazing! I will definitely be making this one again. Thanks for sharing your amazing recipes with the world
