Chicken Fajita Pasta
Ingredient List
--------
500g chicken breast
1/2 red green yellow bell pepper
1/2 onion
2 cups penne pasta
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2-3 garlic cloves
2 cups plant based double cream// heavy cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley to garnish
‼️Adjust seasonings according to preference‼️

My Pop is a very picky eater, but he absolutely loved this dish when my Mum and me made it for him and my Nan. About a week later he was asking for more, him being so picky, this shocked the lost of us. Can't blame him, it's a great dish. I did tweak the recipe a bit to add Mushroom & sometimes spinach, both just an extra touch of flavor.

Thanks. I tried it and everyone likes it. I used Tilsit as cheese but it was for my part not enough salty tasting maybe due to the cheese so I will do it next time with the Parmesan or the Cheddar cheese. 😋
