I am living in Brisbane and have previously lived in Melbourne and can confirm thi Melbourne is much better. Sydney- Melbourne compare ചെയ്യുമ്പ property prices are not same. there is no spots anywhere in Sydney where you could be buying a 4 bed house at 700k even if you are ready to commute.

Today there was announcement. Student visas will get tougher. English requirements will be more than before, also flexibility of choosing different courses once in AU will be resrticted. Long staybacks will be cut short too. There is a new category of special skilled worker program being approved, salary requirements are above 135000...
