It's either *Germany* or *Korea* .No exceptions. The game only has 3 tanks who are hard to acquire. Constantine and Alexander are both legendary. Alexander requires immense grinding against whales while Constantine requires luck(cash). Hermman is however free if you pick Germany as the starting civilization. He has all the same qualities with minor differences (he is epic after all). Bonus points is that he fits perfectly in the *burn team which the game will give you guaranteed for free* as you do quests. Yi sun Shin, Koren commander, is the only hero in the entire game that give debuffs to 2 enemy units (others only give debuffs to 1 unit) plus the only one who can inflict Stun under condition, without any form of gear equipped. Hence if an extra skill(that your heroes can learn) requires a unit to be under control effects(debuffs) in order to do something extra, it will almost always connect and give that extra action. These 2 heroes should be in everyone's arsenal. I really don't see any other work around. You either have them or your lagging behind. New player may find this confusing, but just trust me and you'll thank me later.

Vaporeon here. So as a starter I recommend china, grab li get him awakened and at civic center 5 or 6 switch your civilization to korea. As you complete quests and what not you will have YSS also awakened. In the chest you will claim either richard or zheng whatever your preference. Most players start with burn and now you already have a solid counter to burn builds.

To be honest I chose Arabic civilization without really looking at the stats because they all only have a resource boost which I don’t feel is like game changer as you can always gather resources if you need more . I think RoK should learn from this game and do the same, that way people can pick whatever civilization without it being a game changer.

Lol. Taunt doesn't makes enemy attack itself. The "self" refers to you. Taunt makes the enemy focus on you. Just like CoD.
