The Copyright Laws of the United States perceives a "fair use" of copyrighted substance. Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act states:
"Despite the arrangements of areas 106 and 106A, the reasonable utilization of a copyrighted work, remembering such use by generation for duplicates or phonorecords or by some other methods determined by that part, for purposes, for example, analysis, remark, news announcing, instructing (counting numerous duplicates for homeroom use), grant, or examination, isn't an encroachment of copyright."
This video and our KZfaq divert when all is said in done may contain certain copyrighted works that were not explicitly approved to be utilized by the copyright holder(s), yet which we trust in accordance with some basic honesty are secured by government law and the reasonable use tenet for at least one of the reasons noted previously.
