Wrong! Your best colors are based on your UNDERTONES not your surface coloring. I would recommend seasonal color analysis. There are 3 dimensions which are important: temperature, value and saturation.

@izapsense2323 it's like seeing if someone has more pinkish or yellowish or greyish tones. Example (plz don't take this personally), some white people have pale skin with pinkish tones while some asians have pale skin yet yellowish tones and some people are pale and have greyish tones....same goes with people who have darker/dark skin

@@flamestar557 the point would be to vary shades and contrast, but i can't really see beige working that well with anyone who isn't already naturally reddish in their undertones, SPECIFICALLY darker skin tones The only image that would come to mind would look like the outfit trying to compete with the person for the watching eyes

This is just wrong. Black dudes look snazzy as hell in all black/dark brown, especially with some nice gold/purple to make their skin tone act as a canvas to have the highlights pop. There are of course bad shades on people, but just saying "you are this skin tone, so this color is bad" doesn't work at all, one size does not fit all, if you look snazzy, that's all that matters, ya just need an eye for what is and isn't fire on ya.

No it's based on undertone. Warm undertones go well with warm colors and cold ones go well with cool colors and desaturated colors. Stop the cap

This isn’t accurate. Your best colors are based on your skin undertones. Actually your hair, eyes, and contrast play a bigger part than your skin most of the time. Everyone can wear most colors, just different saturations and temperatures.

My boyfriend has light neutral skin, dark hair with amber eyes and is bright winter (like Timothée Chalamet) so vivid reds, royal blues, turquoise, aqua green, kelly green, magenta and lemon yellow are among his most flattering colours. Learning about season colour analysis is a game changer. Fashion trends for men are all about muted, light or deep colours but some men can definitely pull off bright colours with a lot of pigment saturation in the fabrics.
