On a side note, shatter was very common and popular back in the day because it was easy to transport and easy to ship. A pound of shatter is so much more easier to handle and parse out versus the same way in wax. We would literally put three sheets each, wrap them in parchment paper, and ship those hose off in a box. It was basically the ability to have concentrate as thin as a paper almost. We literally fedexed a document type of mail overnight! And it was so much cheaper. And because it was file size, we literally just broke it down into 10 sheets, and packed it in the document which FedEx would send out. And because they were documents, it required a signature, so you made sure that that shit was going to get to your destination

Diamond dabs are fun for the novelty of having no taste, but otherwise, they're better crushed and sprinkled onto a bowl.

My dabs have evolved over the years. Now, I scoop CBD LIVE RESIN and dip it in some crushed diamonds. You get CBD and THC!

I don't use it very often, but one thing I actually really like crystalline concentrate for is CBD. You can get pure CBD in crystal form and add a bit to other concentrates or dab it by itself if you're dabbing for migraines or other pain/nausea management and the shit hits way faster than a gummy or something would. Lets me adjust how 'medicinal' a given hit is going to be without needing to buy high CBD strains.

We just recently legalized growing here in germany and I'm about to do my first harvest and I plan on making a bunch of bubble hash with it.

rosin is s tier for handling and smoke. id personally put diamonds below shatter, so hard to take a small hit when its giant chunks of rock, least shatter doesnt completely turn to dust when you break it apart. also diamonds are like flavorless lol

im fairly new to concentrates, but one plus of the shatter is it doesnt leak or melt during shipping. shelf life is good too.

My favorite concentrate is diamonds and sauce or just sauce. The sauce is as liquid as it's gonna get, but it hits me the hardest. Cheers!

The crumble I picked up this week was basically sugar wax, rather enjoyed it actually! I like topping flower bowls with it cause it’s easy to scoop out and just drop it on the flower. I use a ball vape so it’s pretty tasty actually! I feel sad it’s on your pewp tier haha!

The best tasting concentrate I've ever had has been sugared shatter. Meaning that the shatter stayed in my safe over nine months, and it ended up sugaring, and it was so tasty! I find that live rosin always has the same weird taste on the back end. Like don't get me wrong they all taste different, but there's a certain taste on the back end that I can tell that it's live. It's kind of like being able to tell that a soda is diet. It doesn't really matter the flavor, but you can tell if it's diet or not without being told that it's diet. That's the same taste structure that I get from live rosin, it just has this taste, no matter the flavors that are introduced aside from it which are the terpenes.

I dont like dabbing diamonds but love to crush them into powder and sprinkle it on my bowls.

Budder is just amazing but I can’t ever get any, so typically stick with the sugar wax down here in the south

Shatter used to be so popular and way better quality around 2012. Yupp! It was all shatter , crumble and budder . I also remember alot of honeycomb during those years. Kief is pretty ideal at c tier. Boring by itself but can be used to spice things up.

Sugars and “diamond sauces” work well when they’re super gritty and scoopable… badder and more solid concentrate are amazing when they feel like cookie dough instead of de la rosa… sauce and homogenized suck so bad imo and stick more to the tool than your banger (ie impossable in a puffco) shatter is lowest tier for the waste of pieces flying off. Any variations on those are just up to consistency

So far in my limited experience, I really like budder, wax, and crumble. In no partuclar order, but i probably like budder the least of the 3.

S Tier sugar, rosin, and diamonds/sauce are all top tier from what I've had. Haven't had piatella yet.

90-120u single strain rosin would be my pick if I have to only pick one for the rest of my life. 45u and 75u just aren't as terpy. Diamonds in live sauce can be real nice too.

I'm only going to rate rosin consistencies.... but for me: A- cold cure. Easy to dab. Smells amazing. Great high. A- fullmelt. Harder to dab. Smells amazing. Better high than cc but harder to dab. B- rosin jam. Good smell. Good high harder to dab. B- fresh press. Smell isn't there yet. Kind of hard to dab. Id rather just cure it. C- everything else is C or lower. Never tried piatella but it's just cold cure hash so id assume A.

Yo the only concentrate that is available on the Australian Medical Program where I am, is Shatter and thca diamonds 🤦‍♀ I have both, and they are okay for what they are but OMFG I wish there was something else available.

Kief is low grade bubble hash? Not. One is dry sieve more than likely with contaminates/plant matter whereas full melt water hash is top tier stuff.

I like the rsos but I think the rsos are just not concentrated enough to get a good dab my grandma had to go out and buy distillate in a syringe to mix in with the rsos because I kept blowing through it because the consistency wasn't concentrated enough for me to dab it I prefer real dabs.

My list would put old-school black Afghan hash on top. I mean let us look at it for real. If you can get the stuff into something and smoke it or vape it that is all that it takes to get high. I do not care about 70%vs99%, at that point, we are talking 1/3rd of a hit difference in potency. But flavor? So hand-pressed hash with folks human dirty hands and feet, along with a tiny iota of poppy oil. Just reeks of hashishene, my favorite smell of all the smells weed can make. It is the best tasting by far. Followed by live resin and ice water hash. All the pure extracts taste off, if everything gets you high, may as well go for flavor.

Distillate. It gets massive points for utility and price, not so much for the experience.

If you’re not making moon bowls with kief then you’re wasting your time. Kief on concentrates melted on flower is the best way to smoke that dust.
