Great video with helpful tips! Your drills must be really effective for you to endure so many strikes from such a strong and skilled opponent (the handsome guy with the yellow belt).

Indeed, the guy starts to give me hard times when we fight, I gotta level up so I still have what it takes to train him 👀

Osu! Endurance [taking blows] and Stamina[how long it can go] training is also important for the shoulders and arms. Sensei has us do this by training forceful blocks against a partner's arms 2 minutes at a time.

Great drill, so underrated ! Especially to keep your hands up during combat and being able to sustain heavy kicks. Like in my last video where I show how to block middle kicks. I might do a video about this one someday all thanks to you 🙏😁

@@KyokushinHero Thank you, Sempai; glad to be of aid. May I suggest a series of videos showing different techniques/levels of conditioning exercises for different grades? After all, while all students should participate in it regularly, the specific type, difficulty or physicality level and magnitude of conditioning training _should_ vary from white, blue and green belts than those of the more advanced red, brown and black students. Having an idea of reps, sets, time and difficulty level of each exercise could help students set specific goals to reach and advance more quickly. This could move from striking phone books and forearms at basic levels to punching bags and thin wood planks [mid level] to sandbag training, makiwara and stone at advanced level, for example. Time, reps and sets increase as the student progresses, but showing good form and giving ideas of where to start could help. Also, one thing we often forget to focus on in our art is _Recovery_ from conditioning. Traditional Chinese arts tend to use ice baths and Dit da jow liniment to speed healing. Even after basic training such as you've shown here, students are _usually_ sore; showing ideas for rapid recovery to do daily beyond ice packs, muscle rubs and good diet could definitely help those of us who want to continue to be effective both in and out of the dojo. Just a thought.

@@Shenruss and a great one ! Thank you.m for the idea I will seriously consider bringing this kind of content to the table. I’ll probably make different types of workout training to help build muscle resistance and stamina in the near future. Thank you for all these ideas 👊🔥. Osu 🥋
