Originally this song was not her piece for this performance, but the production want to change it so she needs to decide fast on what song to sing and immediately contact her friend who is the guitarist and made the arrangement of this song and rehearse a couple of hours before performing it, so basically this arrangement and performance only took small amount of time to prepare but still manages to nail it.
