Today's recipe is kids all time favorite Chicken fingers, which is also known as chicken tenders, chicken goujons, chicken strips or chicken fillets !
ingredients:
Chicken Breast - 500 g
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1/2 table spoon
Tomato ketchup - 1 table spoon
Paprika / Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 table spoon
Beaten egg - 1
Butter Milk - 1/3 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
salt -1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder - 1/2 tsp
oregano - 1/2 tsp

CG Smith any supermarket, you can even get it in most corner shops, but tbh I just used garlic and ginger powder not mixed just a teaspoon of both.

Five stars for this winner recipe. I made these today. I needed a breading recipe that did not require cornstarch, backing powder or yeast type breadcrumbs. I have digestive issues with those. Your recipe was delicious. I did not have oregano, but Italian blend spices worked just fine.
