INGREDIENTS :
-2000g.Flour
-500gmargarine with salt
-350g.Suger
-2.Eggs.
- 390ml. Water
-200/214ml.Evaporated milk
-1Tsp or 2.level Tsp -Baking powder
-1Tsp or 2.level Tsp-Nutmeg
-½.Salt

When making Chin-chin, you need to mix the dough like what you see on that video for crunchyness and perfect results.
