I love cubics, they are very fun to play and crimson nova doesn't care about any negate board..so i have updated my previous decklist and climbed the kc cup here's how it went!

The first duel itself was masterclass on its own. The way you maneuvered all the negates was amazing.

Many times I met that exact combo including blackout and nine pilars. Most time majority of my first five draws are a brick againts those negate, I can't possibly maneuver all those bloody negates even half of the time.

It's hilarious how many monsters Crimson Nova just ignores due to the 3000> atk immunity, and even more so when people completely ignore the text and so fail to remove the mon (and then continue to do so, like they're expecting something to change).

@@btkchaosreaperj.c7642 Oh of course it can. But considering how many monsters trade atk levels above 3000 for a removal/negation effect, and when Nova is on the field you tend to want to win in the same turn it is summoned (plus just look at Cubic Wave), battle destruction is relatively rare.

that was im my mind well played. I love this deck, it's one of my favorites and i keep physical copies of some of the cards. love the origin of them the translation just doesn't understand. wish they had more support. but im going to take queues from your building here, the reasoning plays make so much sense and i hadn't thought of them until now.

Cubic has always been able to hold its own. It's very underrated because of how simple the deck is. People seem to think summoning 30 monsters in one turn is fun.

Actually crimson nova is immune to monsters that have 3000 or less original attack, so besides backrow disruption, baronne borreload or anything else would have done nothing to it.

Sad to say but Crimson nova isn't completely immune to monsters with 3000 atk or less. The actual effect specifically mentions 'activated' effects of those monsters. That oversight has made me lose what i thought was an unkillable crimson nova to a random passive effect on a monster

Is the extra deck optional or is there certain things that should be put in to help get crimson nova out

yes optional.. you don't need to craft any ultra rare cards for it.. the super rare cards are useful and do the job.. and pot of extravagance will banish it anyways.. so no need to waste any ultra rare crafting materials .. make sure you have 15 cards in there tho

How come you run the indora doom vault compared to the buster gundil? I find that two gundils are better cause they get 3 attacks and are stronger for the same summoning and dying effect than indora. Another good one of if you wanna sub it out is magical hats. You get the blocking power plus sending two magic traps to the grave at the end for play set ups.

you can run your favourite one doesn't matter, i find the burn damage useful sometimes it could finish oppoenent and it can be searched, if you think you will be summoning it consistently anyways you are very wrong.. it's mostly there as a cubic card so i suggest you play only 1 copy of them so you don't brick.. magical hats is a good card.. because it can send cards to the grave, but it's a trap and traps are so slow for otk decks.. usually you want to finish the opponent as soon as possible.. so foolish burial goods and reasoning just do the job better.. these are opinions in the end play what you love :)

Since Dark Side of Dimensions, I wanted to build a cubic deck, but I never built it because I thought it would be useless against the current meta. Thanks for your channel, it's the best Master Duel content I've ever seen and it helped me a lot, you're awesome ❤

i have done it yes.. but everytime i summoned it i did it to show off i didn't need it so you shouldn't craft it

@@atem7 well,there's no need to worry about wasting resources because I have two of them from opening other packs so I can just throw them in there, might not be able to play them anyway due to pot of extravagance, but I also want to show off with it if the opportunity arises. 😂

One of my main reason for not playing master duel and just watch is because it took so much time for each duel, thus prefering watching gameplay replay from KZfaq. Watching gameplay at normal speed really took too much trouble for me

yes, it works really good actually, u need to put more cubic cards and people usually run some elidch cards whit the 60 card version

I'm a cubic player myself, and decks like the first match is why I practically don't play Yugioh anymore. They take forever to set up a board, which is basically "God, it would be terrible if you could actually play the game", and even if I can work around it, cause Crimson Nova is the most underrated card in the game, It's just not worth my sitting through a these 10 minute turn ones.
