OMG this was AMAZING!! I “reset” my daughter’s scalp after watching this video. You said ONLY 2-3 times per year? She goes to a loctician we love however I can handle this dandruff. She’s 3 years loc’d and they are long. I just did this myself step by step. Thank you thank you thank you!!! The smell DID in fact wash out!!

Absolutely brilliant, thank you 😊 Really helped my scalp and I have scalp psoriasis. I had to use peppermint in mine as I did not have tea tree but I sat with my shower cap on for about an hour 🤣. Worked like an absolute dream and I could feel it tingling away. First time my scalp has been so clear in a long time and no unbearable itch. Thanks again

I agree, the smell goes ago. I used it as a rinse. But I need to treat the dry scape more. And I brought 100% tea tree oil and will mix w/water vinegar. Thank you

Babee I mixed adore, conditioner and 30 developer. I did leave it on like half an hour due to it being a semi permanent but I forgot about that dang developer. My head has been itching like crazy. I have oils. So I'm going to use those and water. But i just retwisted so I'm go skip the acv because this will not be rinsed out.

I’ve had my starter locs (comb coils) for a little under a month and I have really bad dandruff, I was told I shouldn’t wash for the first couple of months. Can I just use the acv mix without rinsing it out and washing it before?

I bought the brush and loved it, until I noticed mold inside it (under the white bristles). I realized water was trapped in it. I tried prying it open to clean it, but I couldn't get it open. I had to toss it. If there's a way for me to get it open to dry it and air it out, I'd love to buy another (and just take better precaution with it).

I have used 🍎cider vinegar rinses and loved them. I also make my deep conditioner mix with tea tree oil. I've seen videos on brushing your locs to remove lint. Does that really work? I cut my starter locs after 6 months one reason being I had so much lint in them and I covered them with a silk scarf every night or when I would sit around the house.

natural nicky it works better to prevent lint. As in if it’s still on the surface versus imbedded in your locs.

I was at the same point. If this itching doesn't stop I will cut this all this lovely hair. I don't want to. I'm going to give this a try first and follow the directions specifically.

I will have been loc'd for 5 months on June 4th after not cutting my natural hair over a year before loc'ing it. If I can't find products to cease this itching and flaking, I will cut them off. I want to experience this for at least a year but I may not be able to wait that long.

Ok.....im starting my locs tomorrow and I need to ask this one question before I start. I recently bought this ogx scalp treatment that has tree tree oil, peppermint oil, and witch hazel, and I was wondering if its safe to use for locs. I dont really see any videos reviewing it, so I wanted to know if it has worked for anyone with locs and when to use it. I know it's after cleaning (wash day), but can it be used whenever the scalp gets itchy in between washes cuz the one thing I'm trying to do is to resist putting my fingers to scratch it, especially when I have the temptation to do so lol

I think it's recommended that you should use only 1 drop of essential oil per 2 oz of liquid (carrier oil). Of course the strength can be dependent on how much your hair/scalp can take. I put tea tree directly on my face/scalp most times.
